Who We Are

Full Send Pickleball/孚信匹克球 is a global pickleball development organization dedicated to growing the sport from North America to Asia. Founded in 2022 as a youth program in the Greater Toronto Area, Full Send has rapidly expanded into an international force, connecting key players in the pickleball ecosystem through strategic partnerships with top brands and organizations.

With active operations in the U.S., Canada, and China, Full Send Pickleball fosters international exchange, bridging the sport’s leading markets to drive innovation, competition, and community engagement. Whether through grassroots programs or elite development initiatives, Full Send is shaping the future of pickleball worldwide.

YUI SEE LAU

Co-Founder, Director

Yui See Lau is a key figure in the global expansion of pickleball, driving the sport’s growth across Canada and China. He is a co-founder of the Canadian National Pickleball League (Canada’s MLP) and the Canadian Pickleball Association Pro Tour (Canada’s PPA Tour), shaping the professional landscape in Canada.

Internationally, Yui See is a co-founder and director of Full Send Pickleball/孚信匹克球, which partners with the Chinese Tennis Association to develop pickleball nationally in China. He also serves as the Director in China for DUPR and The Dink Minor League Pickleball in both China and Canada.

Beyond league development, he plays a strategic role in China’s pickleball ecosystem as an advisor for TopNotch Management, overseeing pro talent, and as the Creative/Brand Director for ProXR China and Tyrol. Additionally, he is the At-Large Director, China for the Global Pickleball Federation’s Asian Pickleball Association, working toward securing Pickleball China’s official membership.

With a strong focus on innovation and global expansion, Yui See continues to shape the future of professional and grassroots pickleball worldwide.

JULIAN LEUNG

Strategic Coordinator

Julian Leung discovered pickleball in April 2024 and has since fully immersed himself in the sport as both a dedicated player and an active contributor to the community.

He has sharpened his skills through private coaching and elite clinics with top professionals like Ernesto Fajardo in Shenzhen and James Ignatowich in Tokyo. Julian is also a certified Level 1 Coach with the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) and has received referee training from esteemed instructors Byron and Marsha Freso, serving as a referee at numerous tournaments.

As an organizer, Julian has played a pivotal role in growing the sport by overseeing 10 tournaments and events with hundreds of participants. His efforts include hosting a private clinic with Neilson Chen and introducing ProXR player Pei Chuan Kao to the Shanghai pickleball community.

In February 2024, Julian became the strategic coordinator for MiLP China, where he continues to elevate the sport through his expertise and passion.

Co-Founder, CEO

Yuki Chen is a leading force in the development of pickleball in China, driving the sport’s growth at both the grassroots and professional levels. She is the CEO and founder of Full Send Pickleball/孚信匹克球, one of only seven companies nationally authorized by the Chinese Tennis Association to develop pickleball across the country.

In addition to spearheading Full Send’s initiatives, Yuki serves as the Project Manager for DUPR in China, overseeing The Dink Minor League Pickleball and the DUPR Collegiate Tour, which are expanding competitive opportunities for players at all levels. She also plays a key role in the Global Pickleball Federation’s Asian Pickleball Association, working to establish Pickleball China as an official member.

A passionate advocate for the sport, Yuki is also a Level 1 USAP-certified referee and has officiated for the Canadian National Pickleball League. Her leadership and dedication are shaping the future of pickleball in China and beyond.
